After two years of using the service, when I called ADT customer support to cancel the service, they said, I can not cancel the contract with the form that the sales agent gave me and if I cancel I need to pay 75% of remaining contract period service cost.
Now I am stuck with using the ADT service for the remaining one year.
You got be careful when you start availing ADT home security service. You can not believe what the ADT sales agent says. ADT will ripe you off for three years.
I do see lot of customers complaining about the ADT hidden three years contract.
